Click the official button to visit the RCCMS portal (vaad.up.nic.in).
Choose "भूखण्ड/गाटे के वाद ग्रस्त होने की स्थिति" (Litigation on Gata).
Select your District, Tehsil, Pargana, Village, and enter the Gata number.
The system will show all ongoing lawsuits, court orders, case numbers, and hearing statuses.
It protects land buyers from purchasing disputed property that might be entangled in inheritance court cases or debt attachments.
