Litigation Status (भूखण्ड वाद स्थिति)
Check if any stay order, partition suit, civil dispute, or revenue litigation is pending on any land parcel before purchasing.
How to Use

Go to Vaad Portal
Click the official button to visit the RCCMS portal (vaad.up.nic.in).

Select "वाद स्थिति" (Case Status)
Choose "भूखण्ड/गाटे के वाद ग्रस्त होने की स्थिति" (Litigation on Gata).

Input Plot Details
Select your District, Tehsil, Pargana, Village, and enter the Gata number.

Review Legal Status
The system will show all ongoing lawsuits, court orders, case numbers, and hearing statuses.
