This application operates as an independent informational utility and guide. We do not require user accounts, logins, or registration for public land record lookups. We never ask for, collect, or store sensitive personal information such as your Aadhaar number, PAN card, bank details, or passwords.
Your search history (such as recently searched Villages, Khata numbers, or Gata plot numbers) and bookmarked tools are stored strictly on your own local device using your browser's localStorage.
This search information is never transmitted to or permanently saved on our servers. You can permanently erase your search history at any time using the "Clear History" button on the Search page or through the Settings menu.
To ensure high availability, prevent automated denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, and stop malicious bots, our web servers temporarily record technical server telemetry. This includes anonymized request timestamps, requested URL paths, and cryptographically hashed IP addresses. These operational logs are retained temporarily for diagnostic purposes and are automatically pruned.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party behavioral profiling cookies. We only use minimal, secure storage to remember your personal interface preferences:
